Dr. Ameesha Mahajan passed her MBBS from the prestigious Government Medical College, Amritsar. She trained in lasers and joined her father, a renowned Plastic & Cosmetic Surgeon at his Cosmetic Surgery and Laser Clinic where she developed a keen interest in aesthetics. To pursue her passion, she went on to do post graduation in Dermatology and completed her MD Skin &VD from Baba Farid University of Health Sciences. She has had an extensive training to achieve a comprehensive understanding of both disease and aesthetic aspects pertaining to skin and offers her patients the latest technological advances in dermatology and aesthetic skin care.
She is trained in various lasers like Diode, Q-switched Nd YAG, Fractional CO2 and IPL. She has expertise in laser procedures like hair reduction, scar reduction, facial rejuvenation, tattoo removal and all types of pigmentation. She helps her patients of acne, hyperpigmentation, dull skin and fine wrinkles with the help of advanced peels. She is trained in Botulinum toxin and Filler procedures which help as anti-ageing modalities. She has special interest in Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) therapy which helps patients with hair fall, pigmentation and facial rejuvenation.
